Material is an architecture firm and furniture workshop founded by Tim Fouch located in Portland, Oregon. A registered architect and experienced fabricator, he and his small team focus on creating poetic spaces and crafting timeless furniture. The work is authentic and heartfelt. Tim is in the studio almost every day, so if you'd like to talk about a project, collaboration, new furniture, architecture or interior work - the door is always open.

Tim is also a loving foster dog dad for rescues from Puerto Rico and up and down the West Coast. Prior to Material, he was a founding partner of Fieldwork Design and Architecture. His award winning architectural designs are published frequently, and his furniture can be found in homes and offices throughout Europe and North America.
